These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WoofWoof website and pet-sitting services operated by WoofWoof, based in Bucharest, Romania. By creating an account or making a booking you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

WoofWoof provides home-style pet-sitting services including overnight boarding, day care, dog walking, and cat care. We host a maximum of 2 pets at a time to ensure personalised attention. All first-time clients must complete a free meet-and-greet before their first booking.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.
All information you provide (name, email, phone, pet details) must be accurate and up to date.
We reserve the right to suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

When you submit a booking request through our website:

Your booking starts with a "pending" status and is not confirmed until we accept it.
We will respond to your request within 24 hours via email.
Confirmed bookings are added to our calendar and you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment

Our pricing is displayed on the Services page and calculated at the time of booking. Key details:

Overnight boarding is charged per day (check-in and check-out days are both counted). Prices are in RON.
A deposit of 10% of the total price is required to secure your booking.
All prices are subject to change. The price shown at the time of booking applies to that booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the start date of your booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may forfeit the deposit.
If we cancel a confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
Date changes on a confirmed booking reset the booking to "pending" status and require our re-confirmation.

6. Pet Owner Responsibilities

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations. You must provide proof of vaccination at drop-off.
You must disclose all known medical conditions, dietary requirements, and behavioural issues when registering your pet.
You must provide your pet's regular food to avoid digestive problems. We provide beds, bowls, and toys.
You are financially responsible for any damage caused by your pet to our property or the property of others during the stay.

7. Our Responsibilities & Liability

We commit to providing a safe, comfortable environment and attentive care for every pet. We are trained in pet first aid and supervise all pets throughout their stay. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions, injuries resulting from the pet's own behaviour, or any event outside our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the booking in question.

8. Reviews

Registered users who have completed a booking may leave one review. Reviews are publicly visible on our website. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive, false, or inappropriate content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
